Starting from £50 per session, our personal training offers tailored workouts to meet your individual needs.

2:1 Personal Training

Split the investment with a friend, significant other or let us pair you with someone from our community. Our 2:1 sessions start from £65.

Small Group Training

our services

Enjoy the camaraderie of group workouts with a maximum of 6 participants, starting from £20 per session.

Alongside our growing timetable of weekly group classes, we also enjoy working around the needs and requests of our community. We are open to discussing personalised group sessions for you and your group of friends. Examples include:
Parent and Baby (under 12 months)
Family Fun (bring your children along and lead by example)
